With a 33-year track record in real estate and community development, Duane Miller has spearheaded efforts to transform underserved communities through affordable housing and mixed-income developments, mobilizing over $1.6 billion in public and private investment.

Career Highlights & Leadership Impact

Duane’s journey began on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis with Eastside Community Development, where he developed a deep commitment to mission-driven development. As Vice President of Community and Asset Management at Eastside Community Investments, he helped grow the organization’s assets to over $187 million.

At Flaherty & Collins Properties, he served for 20 years, culminating in his role as Senior Vice President of Community Development. There, he raised over $1.2 billion in capital for affordable housing initiatives nationwide.

His tenure as CEO of T&H Investments further expanded his impact on large-scale, community-based developments.

Founder & Executive Director

In 2019, Duane founded Radiant Communities Development Corporation, where he initially served as Board President and now leads as Executive Director. Under his leadership:
