Jill Meals-Herron brings more than three decades of leadership to the affordable housing field, serving as President and Owner of Herron Property Management. With 32 years of hands-on experience in property management—from lease-up to stabilization—Jill has earned a reputation as a trusted voice in the industry and a tireless advocate for housing equity.


Her career began with Flaherty & Collins, where she built and led a robust Compliance Department overseeing HOME, PSH, Veterans, Bond, LIHTC, and other layered housing programs. But beyond the technical expertise, Jill’s heart for underserved populations—especially Veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and homeless families—has defined her legacy.


At Radiant CDC, Jill brings a deep understanding of supportive housing, and a conviction that housing must go hand-in-hand with healing. She was instrumental in developing HUD-approved alternative screening criteria, helping those with complex life stories gain access to stable housing and a second chance. Her leadership exemplifies the kind of compassion, innovation, and excellence Radiant strives to bring to every community it touches.


In addition to her professional roles, Jill continues to mentor the next generation of property management professionals and remains actively engaged in industry training and local community impact efforts.
