Vicki Miller
Director of Investing in People
Vicki Miller brings nearly three decades of experience in education, community development, and resident services to her role as Director of Investing in People at Radiant Communities Development Corporation. With a passion for people and a talent for building strong, service-oriented communities, Vicki leads Radiant’s mission to deliver more than housing—she helps create places where residents can thrive.
Vicki’s career began in education, where she spent 20 years teaching English, writing, speech, and art within a large homeschool cooperative. She not only shaped academic success for her students—many of whom graduated with honors and pursued higher education—but also directed dramatic productions that cultivated creativity and connection across generations.
Her dedication to cultivating community extended into the design world, where she specialized in creating warm, functional spaces for senior living communities. Her eye for design and her understanding of resident needs translated into welcoming environments that encouraged engagement, dignity, and belonging.
From 2022 to 2025, Vicki served as Vice President of Resident Services at Herron Property Management. There, she led the development of a comprehensive resident services model, which ultimately earned the organization its national CORES certification for excellence in service coordination. Her hands-on support for two senior properties deepened her insight into holistic care and aging services.
Now at Radiant CDC, Vicki oversees the “Investing in People” strategy—a core pillar of Radiant’s vision. She drives programs such as job training, financial literacy, and youth development, while also building key partnerships with nonprofits, faith-based groups, and workforce agencies. She plays a lead role in shaping Radiant’s food service training initiative at The Plaza, developing a pantry, coordinating community education efforts, and collecting impact stories from residents across Radiant’s properties.
Vicki’s unique blend of educational leadership, artistic sensibility, and community-rooted service makes her an inspiring and capable leader in Radiant’s mission. Her work ensures that Radiant’s properties are not just places to live—but platforms for growth, hope, and opportunity.
