Kry Ok brings over 27 years of accounting experience to his role as Accounting Manager at Radiant Communities Development Corporation. A licensed CPA with an MBA from Anderson University, Kry has a deep understanding of nonprofit financial reporting, audits, and fund accounting—insights rooted in his early work as Duane Miller’s auditor more than two decades ago. This foundational relationship gives Kry a unique perspective on Radiant CDC’s mission and compliance needs.


Before joining Radiant, Kry served for nearly two decades at Pedcor Investments, one of the most respected names in community development (Affordable & Market Rate). As Assistant Accounting Director, he oversaw corporate and partnership-level financial statements, managed audit processes, and led teams responsible for the financial health of complex real estate and construction entities. His experience with Pedcor’s nationally recognized developments has shaped his expertise in managing multifaceted financial systems and compliance for mission-driven housing initiatives.


Kry’s background also includes auditing not-for-profits and affordable housing projects at a local CPA firm, where he worked extensively with real estate partnerships and tax credit-financed developments. His combined experience in public and private accounting makes him a valuable asset as Radiant CDC continues to grow its impact through affordable housing and community-centered programs.
