With over four decades in construction management, Gordon Benner is a master builder in every sense of the word. He has overseen the construction of more than 20,000 multifamily units across 15 states, including the majority of projects featured on both the Flaherty & Collins and Radiant CDC portfolios.


Gordon’s leadership in multifamily construction is rooted in deep, practical knowledge—from predevelopment budgeting to on-site oversight. As former Construction President of Flaherty & Collins Properties, and now as President of Construction at T&H, he continues to guide teams through every phase of the building process with unmatched excellence, precision, and commitment to quality.


For over 20 years, Gordon has worked closely with Radiant co-founder Duane Miller, helping bring to life dozens of affordable housing developments across Indiana. His work doesn’t just shape buildings—it anchors communities of hope, dignity, and opportunity.
