With over 30 years of experience in architecture and construction, Donna Stambaugh is a trusted leader whose design work is shaped not just by blueprints, but by vision, faith, and a desire for lasting impact. She has played key roles in shaping spaces across a wide range of sectors—from senior living and healthcare to faith-based facilities and educational campuses.


Donna’s strength lies in bringing beauty, purpose, and practicality together, always keeping the end-user in mind. Her eye for detail and her heart for people make her a powerful voice at Radiant CDC, where building community goes far beyond bricks and mortar.


As a faith-driven community builder, Donna brings a servant’s heart and a strategic mind to every project she touches. She is deeply involved in civic and ministry-based work, including volunteering with Goodwill Education Initiatives, Habitat for Humanity, and Wheeler Mission Ministries, as well as advising through the Community Development Committee at East 91st Street Church.
