Danny Marquez is a bold, authentic, and Spirit-led community leader whose life story reflects the very heart of Radiant’s mission—to transform lives, build hope, and restore dignity in underserved neighborhoods.


Born in the Bronx and raised in the crucible of hardship and survival, Danny’s journey includes deep valleys—abandonment, incarceration, and broken systems—but it’s his redemption story that now fuels his calling. Relocating to Indianapolis, Danny refused to be a product of his past. Instead, he became a catalyst for change on the Near Westside, one of Indy’s most historically challenged and overlooked communities.


As the founder of the ENGINE Initiative (Engaging Next Generations in Neighborhoods Everywhere), Danny has empowered hundreds of youth and families through mentorship, discipleship, and grassroots development. His leadership grew further through his work with Central Indiana Youth for Christ, where he served as City Life Director—building trusted relationships, bridging neighborhoods and churches, and raising up a new generation of leaders.


Today, Danny serves as Director of Victory in the City and Campus Pastor at Victory Indy, where his ministry reaches at-risk teens and their families with real love, real talk, and real solutions rooted in the Gospel.


At Radiant, Danny brings the soul of the streets into the boardroom—reminding us that community development is more than financing and construction. It’s about spiritual transformation, deep relationships, and a shared commitment to healing the brokenness left behind by poverty and injustice.
