Our Mission
At Radiant Communities Development Corporation, we exist to transform lives and uplift underserved communities by creating high-quality affordable housing enriched with impactful service programs.
Our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan lays out a bold yet grounded vision to deepen impact, grow sustainably, and empower individuals and families to thrive.
Our 5 Strategic Priorities
1. Expand Affordable Services-Enriched Housing
“Dignified homes. Holistic support.”
Goal: Add 500+ new affordable units across underserved communities
Focus: Families, seniors, and special populations
Approach: Partner with cities, faith communities, and mission-aligned developers
2. Invest in People Through Onsite Programs
“Housing is the start. Thriving is the goal.”
Goal: Expand access to healthcare, education, workforce, and financial programs
Strategy: Strengthen our Investing in People initiative
Measurement: Track resident outcomes in health, employment & engagement
3. Strengthen Community Partnerships
“We build neighborhoods, not just buildings.”
Goal: Build or deepen 20+ partnerships with nonprofits, businesses & local governments
Strategy: Launch the Radiant Partners Network
4. Build Organizational Excellence
“Strong teams make strong impact.”
Goal: Enhance internal capacity through leadership, systems, and funding
Focus: Staff wellness, board engagement, transparency
Sustainability: Diversify revenue with grants, donations, and earned income
5. Elevate Our Voice and Story
“Hope is contagious. Let’s share it.”
Goal: Launch a storytelling and advocacy campaign
Strategy: Share resident stories and policy solutions
Impact: Position Radiant as a trusted voice in affordable housing and human dignity
