Together to House is a bold, community-driven initiative creating 38 units of high-quality Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) across three sites in Muncie, Indiana (three scattered sites across Old West End, South Central, and Thomas Park neighborhoods). A partnership between Radiant CDC, Cours Capital, Open Door Health Services, Muncie Mission, and the City of Muncie, this project is a direct outcome of the region’s new Housing Consortium strategic plan, providing formerly homeless individuals with dignified housing and wraparound care. It contains 38 units in total, including:
21 one-bedroom units
13 two-bedroom units
4 three-bedroom units

Site 1: Historic four-plex replacement in Old West End — 4 two-bedroom units
Site 2: Adaptive reuse of former Harrison School — 15 units (1–3 bedrooms)
Site 3: New 19-unit building + 4,500 sq. ft. onsite health clinic & community hub
