Winding Way Townhomes is a $10.3 million, 22-unit affordable housing community in Plainfield, Indiana. Developed by Radiant Communities with local partners, it uses a Housing First model to provide barrier-free permanent housing and wraparound services for families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
